James Boone - Chief Executive Officer
James is a US Army Veteran and a retiree with 23 years of active duty service. James and Loni have been married since 2011. They have a Brady Bunch Family of 5 crazy kids aged 25 to 11. Between sports, college tuition, and other educational interests James and Loni found themselves stretched very thin from month to month.
They started on the ground level of the nonprofit world and quickly realized that not every nonprofit is created or operated the same. They decided in 2020 to start this organization that would maximize the benefit to the volunteer and require minimal effort on their part. Since then, they have been revamping and restructuring our organization to where we are today, a growing organization that finds its life in supporting you, the volunteer. They are glad to have you as a member of this group and they hope that they can assist you and your family.
Loni Boone - Chief Operations Officer
Loni is a mother of five children and has always been aware of the necessities children need to be successful. Loni's passion for children has led her to become an advocate to think outside the box on how to better their lives. Through her dedication, she has been able to make a significant impact on the lives of countless children and families, ensuring they have access to the necessities they need to help create a brighter future for them.
Being a retired military family, she has always found joy in finding different ways to help younger generations continuously grow. Loni's advocacy work has not only impacted the lives of individual children but has also had a ripple effect on the entire community. Her dedication and passion have inspired others to join her cause, amplifying the positive impact on future generations.
She has been in the nonprofit industry for over ten years. Discovering her potential has helped her children and family turn their thoughts and dreams into reality. Loni saw a need for a new nonprofit organization and ran with her ideas. Believing she could make a great organization, she in turn has shown others they can make their dreams a reality too.
Debra Gorham - Chief Financial Officer
Debra was born and raised in Lena, Illinois. She was heavily involved in the competitive dance and cheerleading world from the age of 2 until her 20s. She has traveled most of the United States and finally landed in Tennessee. Once Debra and her husband started their family they quickly realized how invested her parents were in allowing her all those years to dance and cheer.
It was in Tennessee that Debra first discovered the joys of volunteering, an experience that has since opened many doors for her and her family. She quickly became an integral part of the team and has since become a strong advocate for the belief that opportunities for service and growth are abundant and available to all. Debra's impressive journey serves as a source of inspiration for individuals seeking to make a positive impact in their communities. Her unwavering dedication to service, combined with her belief in the power of opportunity, has made her a valuable asset to her community and beyond.
